Consultation and Facial Assessment
Your journey begins with a detailed facial assessment to evaluate skin laxity, SMAS descent, and jowling. The most suitable facelift technique is selected based on your anatomy and goals.
Anaesthesia
A full facelift is performed under general anaesthesia. A mini face lift may be done under local anaesthesia with sedation.
Incisions
Incisions are placed within the hairline and around the ears for minimal visibility. A mini facelift uses shorter, more limited incisions.
SMAS Lifting and Deep Tissue Repositioning
The deeper SMAS layer is lifted and secured to restore facial structure. This creates natural results without a tight appearance.
Skin Re-Draping and Closure
Excess skin is removed and gently re-draped without tension. Incisions are closed with fine sutures, and a light dressing is applied.
