After thorough evaluation and proper planning and preparation his wound was managed by dr Sanjay Parashar. Negative pressure therapy was used with regular wound cleaning and stimulating the inherent regenerative tossue from his surrounding skin and tossie.
The wound start to shrink in size. Finally after 8 weeks a small surgery under infiltrative anaesthesia was performed to approaximate the wound edges and cover the wound. The wound healed 100%.
