Dr. Sanjay Parashar is a world-renowned consultant plastic surgeon with over 29 years of global experience and more than 35,000 surgeries performed. Known for his precision, artistic approach, and patient-first philosophy, he is the founder and CEO of Cocoona Centre for Aesthetic Transformation and Day Surgery Centre in Dubai.

Education and Surgical Training

Dr. Sanjay Parashar completed his MBBS and MS in General Surgery from Government Medical College under Nagpur University, one of India’s oldest and most prestigious universities. In 1993, he served as a Registrar in Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgery at Bombay Hospital under Dr. Nimish Shah. He then pursued MCh in Plastic Surgery at BYL Nair Hospital and Topiwala National Medical College, Mumbai University, followed by board certifications including DNB in 1995 and MCh in 1996.

Professional Experience

Dr. Parashar’s international journey began in Bahrain (1997–2002) under the mentorship of Dr. Tariq Saeed. He received extensive training in aesthetic procedures including Botox, fillers, lasers, liposuction, rhinoplasty, breast augmentation, and abdominoplasty. He further honed his skills in craniofacial surgery in the USA with Professor Ian Jackson and in Australia with Professor David David.

In 2005, Dr. Parashar began practicing in the UAE at top-tier hospitals including Welcare, Zulekha, Emirates Hospital, and Dubai London Hospital. By 2008–2009, he was named one of the top 10 plastic surgeons in the UAE by Cosmopolitan magazine.
